WebLock is a cloud-based access control platform used in hospitality and rental properties to automate guest access and reduce front-desk workload. Through integrations with PMS and guest journey tools (e.g., Mews, Cloudbeds, Guesty, GuestJoy, BOUK), WebLock can automatically generate time-bound access credentials (PIN codes or mobile access links) based on reservation dates and deliver them to guests via email/SMS—enabling a fully contactless check-in experience.

WebLock supports multiple access methods (PIN, mobile app/link, RFID cards/fobs/stickers) and can control doors, gates, barriers, lockers, and even elevators. Properties can manage permissions remotely via the WebLock Cloud Console (with 2FA and encrypted data exchange), quickly grant/revoke access, and optionally use the system for staff time & attendance tracking with exports to payroll/workforce tools. Hardware options include wired IP/DLA controllers and the wireless WebLock Shield smart handle + hub for rapid deployment and retrofits.
