Tobook provides an Expedia-compatible OTA XML channel API that allows channel managers and PMS platforms to push rates, restrictions, and availability to tobook.com and retrieve reservations back into the hotel system. The integration is designed to be implemented quickly by reusing existing Expedia Connectivity (Expedia Connect) OTA XML code paths, using a strict subset of the Expedia protocol and schemas.

The API supports inventory updates via totalInventoryAvailable, rate updates via PerDay and PerOccupancy pricing, and common restriction controls such as min/max length of stay and closed-to-arrival/departure. Reservations can be retrieved using the classic pull model (BookingRetrievalRQ/RS and BookingConfirmRQ/RS) or via push notifications (HotelResNotif/ModifyNotif and Cancel). This enables hotels and technology partners to automate distribution to tobook.com while keeping availability and bookings synchronized to reduce overbookings and manual work.
