Istrice–ROSS1000 (often referred to as “Istat Marche Istrice”) is the Regione Marche tourism reporting platform used by municipalities and hospitality operators to fulfill mandatory guest and tourism-statistics reporting. It supports accommodation facilities, furnished tourist apartments, camper stopover areas, and beach establishments, providing a centralized workflow for managing arrivals/presences and related regulatory obligations.

The platform enables manual guest entry as well as importing guest movements from a property management system (PMS) or “gestionale” file. It also supports producing an export file for Italy’s public security process (AlloggiatiWeb) and mentions the possibility of transmission via WebService (as described in the platform manual), which is relevant for PMS integrations. Overall, the integration value for PMS vendors is automating monthly ISTAT-style movement reporting and reducing manual data entry errors while keeping properties compliant with regional requirements.
