Istat Lombardia (ROSS1000 / “Gestione dei Dati Turistici”) is the Regione Lombardia portal used by accommodation businesses to submit mandatory tourism statistics, covering guest movement (arrivals/presences) and accommodation capacity reporting required by the Italian National Statistical Program (ISTAT) and regional law. The system is designed for Lombardy-based properties to comply with official reporting obligations through a dedicated, authenticated online service.

Through ROSS1000, properties can enter and transmit the required datasets, after which PoliS-Lombardia (as the intermediate survey body) forwards the collected information to ISTAT using the official forms and models (e.g., Mov/C and related annexes). Access is primarily via SPID/CNS (Italian digital identity), with a limited username/password process reserved for residents abroad who cannot obtain SPID, making it a compliance-focused workflow rather than a commercial PMS marketplace integration.
