Ross1000 (Istat Liguria) is the Regione Liguria regional platform used to collect and transmit tourist flow statistics (arrivals, presences, guest origin, and related movement data) for hospitality operators, including furnished tourist apartments (AAUT). From 1 April 2025, Liguria requires AAUT hosts/landlords to report tourist flows through Ross1000 in line with regional regulations.

The platform supports authenticated access via Italian digital identity methods (SPID, CIE, CNS) and also provides credential-based access for foreign users. Operators can submit data either manually through the portal or by importing files, enabling faster reporting for higher-volume properties and reducing errors compared to fully manual entry.

For PMS integrations, Ross1000 is typically treated as a legal/statistical compliance endpoint: the PMS can help prepare the required movement/ISTAT-style data exports in the expected format, streamline periodic submissions, and improve audit readiness by keeping consistent records aligned with regional requirements.
