It supports the communication of guest movements and related declarations required by public authorities, helping properties stay compliant with local regulations and statistical obligations.

Access to WebTur is handled through Italian/eEuropean digital identity systems (SPID, CIE, CNS/CRS, eIDAS). The portal also supports delegation, allowing the declarant to assign a delegate who can access and submit data on their behalf. WebTur provides guided workflows and video tutorials for data entry/corrections and file-based uploads, which can be used by PMS/operational teams to streamline periodic submissions and reduce manual errors.
