Google Sheets is a cloud-based spreadsheet application that can be used as a lightweight analytics layer on top of a Property Management System (PMS). In this integration, a custom Google Sheet is populated with reservation data extracted from the PMS, enabling teams to build flexible reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis without needing a dedicated BI tool.

Once reservation fields (e.g., arrival/departure dates, room type, rate plan, channel, status, revenue, taxes/fees) are loaded into the sheet, users can analyze performance using pivot tables, filters, charts, and formulas, and share results with stakeholders in real time. Data can be refreshed on a schedule or on-demand via a connector/middleware, Google Apps Script, or a backend service calling the Google Sheets API.
