Fiskaly SIGN DE is a cloud-based, BSI-certified Technical Security System (TSE) for Germany that enables POS and hospitality systems to comply with the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV). It provides tamper-proof signing of transaction data and supports legally compliant operation without requiring local TSE hardware, making it well-suited for distributed or browser-based POS deployments.

The integration is API-first and designed for seamless embedding into third-party applications (e.g., POS, PMS/restaurant POS modules) to automate fiscalization workflows such as starting/ending transactions and generating signed receipt data. Fiskaly also supports German audit/export requirements via DSFinV-K (often referenced as DSFinV-K/DSFinV-K export), helping operators and vendors meet compliance obligations with predictable costs and centralized cloud management.
