When a guest books BeSafe Rate on the hotel’s direct website, the reservation is automatically synchronized into the property’s systems, reducing manual work and ensuring the booking is correctly flagged as insured.

The integration connects BeSafe Rate with major hospitality booking stacks (Booking Engine, PMS and Channel Manager) so insured bookings flow into the hotel’s operational workflow. Hotels can manage insured reservations through a dedicated dashboard, while travelers access a reserved area for policy-related information and claims flows. The result is higher direct conversion (guests feel safer booking prepaid), fewer disputes around cancellations, and guaranteed reimbursement mechanisms that help protect cash flow.
