APP Housekeeping is a cloud-based operations platform for hotels and short-stay properties that centralizes housekeeping, maintenance, front-desk coordination, inventory/linen tracking, and lost & found in a single web app. The core Smartness integration keeps room and guest data aligned (e.g., InHouse/Expected/CheckedOut), so teams work from a real-time room dashboard instead of spreadsheets, calls, or messaging apps. Unlike read-only tools, the integration is two-way: room cleanliness status is written back to Smartness in real time—from the housekeeper's tap, the front-desk board, and a nightly rollover—while the platform continuously syncs reservations, rooms, and guests on a frequent schedule. Staff receive role-based push notifications (no app-store install required), and maintenance tickets can be created with photos and urgency levels—reducing double entry and check-in/check-out errors. Where the PMS supports it, minibar/extra consumptions can also be posted to the guest folio. Deployment is designed to be fast: the vendor imports rooms and data from the PMS, creates staff accounts, and supports go-live with short training sessions.
