Accommodation Smart is a cloud-based access control and in-room automation (domotics) platform designed for hospitality properties such as B&Bs, vacation rentals, residences, and hotels. It combines a Web-App/App with on-site hardware (gateway, keypad/RFID reader, sensors) to enable self check-in, remote door access management, and visibility into guest presence and room status.

The system focuses on operational efficiency and security: managers can create and manage access codes, view access reports, remotely open doors when needed, and disable access at any time. Through “smart room” functions, it can automate power loads (lights/outlets), climate activation, detect open windows (with sensors), and generate alerts (e.g., bathroom alarm), helping reduce energy waste and streamline housekeeping by understanding when guests have entered/left.

Accommodation Smart is built around a secure cloud service (HTTPS) and is positioned as integration-ready for other technological systems, while remaining installable in both new builds and existing properties with a relatively non-invasive setup.
